Customer accounts
When you register, we use your email and password to authenticate your account through Supabase. Your name and phone number are saved to your profile so you can reuse them when contacting our team about an order.
Technical information
The website and its hosting services process technical requests needed to deliver pages and images. Supabase provides catalog data, customer profiles and authentication for customer and admin accounts.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures public page visits, product views and WhatsApp order handoff attempts. Our events include product identifiers, variants, sizes, quantities and AED values; they exclude customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages and authentication tokens. Opening WhatsApp is measured as an enquiry attempt, not a completed purchase. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is off until you allow it. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Choose Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Declining keeps account and ordering features available. Withdrawing permission clears this site's Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. Account, authentication and admin pages do not load analytics.
Browser storage
Customer and admin sign-in use authentication cookies and browser storage to maintain a session. You can sign out from your account. A shopping bag saved during an earlier version may remain on your device; you can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data.
WhatsApp order enquiries
Order Now opens WhatsApp with your name, phone number, selected product, kit, sleeve, size, quantity and product price. You choose whether to send that message to an available TISA team number. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy terms. Opening WhatsApp does not create a confirmed order on this website.

You can review and update your name and phone number on the My Account page. For questions about your account or an order enquiry, contact our team through your TISA WhatsApp conversation.
